Attorney Bio
Mr. Schwartz received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2001, where he served as Note Editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998. Prior to joining Zarin & Steinmetz, Mr. Schwartz was an associate in the environmental department in the New York City office of Rosenman & Colin LLP.
Mr. Schwartz is the author of Note, Development Agreements: Contracting for Vested Rights, 28 B.C. Envt. Aff. L. Rev. 719 (2001).
