East River Drive to Major Deegan Expressway, which joins the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87). Exit at Cross Westchester Expressway ( Exit 8 ) and continue East on Route 287 to Exit 5 (Route 119) follow 0.5 miles, go under the train station, second building on left.
